Manufacturing

At MRKC, each garment is handmade for you only after a successful order has been placed.
Manufacturing typically takes up to 2-3 weeks, but this can vary significantly depending on workload and season.

Shipping

Shipping is done by the Austrian Post – you will receive a tracking number once your garment is shipped.
Estimated shipping time:
EU: 3-14 days
outside EU/Asia/Africa/USA: 7-30 days

Customs and Regulations

Within the EU: There are no customs duties or additional fees, except for any possible shipping costs. The stated final prices do not include VAT.

Outside the EU: In some countries outside the EU, customs fees must be paid by the customer before delivery of the shipment. The stated final prices do not include VAT or GST.

• These fees may include import duties, import VAT, customs clearance fees, and other applicable charges.
• These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and please note that the company has no authority over customs and customs fees.

The invoice amount and product prices in our online shop do not include VAT in accordance with § 6 Abs. 1 No. 27 of the Austrian VAT Act (UStG).
